abstract = "Fast and high-capacity satellite communication, which enables long-distance communication, is frequently used today for both civilian and military communication purposes. Disruptions in communication may occur due to intentional or unintentional interfering signals. The negative impact on communication can lead to significant problems, such as satellite operators like T{\"U}RKSAT being unable to provide proper service to users or the failure to maintain coordination between military units. To resolve such issues, it is essential to determine the source of the interfering signal. This paper examines the dual-satellite positioning method used to identify the locations of interfering signal sources that negatively affect satellite communication. By simulating the orbital motion of the T{\"U}RKSAT 4A and T{\"U}RKSAT 4B satellites via software, real-time position and velocity data of the satellites were obtained. These values were used in TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival) and FDOA (Frequency Difference of Arrival) equations to form systems of nonlinear equations. These systems were then solved using Newton and Broyden numerical analysis methods, enabling high-accuracy localization of interfering signal sources positioned in different regions of the Earth. Thus, the feasibility of the developed method has been theoretically demonstrated.",
