Tumor Vascularity in Left Atrial Myxoma Supplied by the Left Circumflex Artery—A Case Report

A sixty-four-year-old woman with a left atrial myxoma underwent coronary angiography to delineate the coronary anatomy before surgery. It was found that the coronary arteries were normal, but a “tumor neovascularization”could be seen that was supplied by the atrial branch of the left circumflex ar tery. Tumor neovascularization can sometimes be detected in highly vascular myxomas and is usually supplied by the right coronary artery. Here we report a rare case of tumor vascularization from the circumflex artery.
