Abstract
Frequency of application to primary health care services with syncope is quite high. Especially in the presence of recurrent syncope attacks, even if the healing process is fast, the etiology should be investigated, and the necessary research and clinical tests should be done to make a differential diagnosis. In our case, we presented a patient who was admitted to our Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic due to syncope and was diagnosed with cardiovascular syncope due to pericardial effusion.
