N2 - In this study the flexibilisation and precarisation processes of working life are approached through the job postings on the most commonly visited three career web sites in Turkey. As a result of the review of 500 job postings, job descriptions and required qualifications for newly university graduates who are preparing to enter labor market revealed five main themes. These are technical skills, flexibility, human relations, corporeality, and motivation. By these themes it is seen that the gap between work and undergraduate education is widening, technical skills which are gained not through undergraduate education are referred more frequently, flexibilisation process is deepening with new dimensions, ambiguous success criteria which put human relations in the center come into prominence, corporeality is an important part of the job and discourses which describe motivation as a personality trait replace discourses of institutional attachment. These results bring many aspects of precarisation process of white collar jobs to light.
