Abstract
Hirsutism is a common and often distressing condition and can be abnormal when it is associated with menstrual disturbances and infertility. Although hirsutism is usually clinical sign of a benign condition, it may be harbinger of a serious underlying pathology such as androgen producing tumor. We present a case of virilized girl caused by PCOS and succesfully treated with oral contraceptive and flutamide combination.
