Abstract

In the ever-evolving landscape of biological and chemical threat detection, the integration of microfluidics and plasmonic nanosensors has emerged as a revolutionary approach. This chapter explores the cutting-edge field of microfluidic-based plasmonic nanosensors as a powerful system for fast and sensitive detection of biological and chemical threats. The chapter begins with the fundamentals of microfluidics by highlighting their individual advantages.
