Abstract

Re-reporting a bug by the same or another person is defined as duplicate bug report. Bugzilla and Jira are two of most widely used bug tracking tools in the world. When both tools are evaluated in terms of having automatic detection of duplicate bug report, it is shown that Jira with Find Duplicates plugin is better compared with Bugzilla.
