Having the same feelings and originating from the same experiences against the same facts, things and problems; giving information about things, facts and events in their environment, transferring information with each other in a group of people or in public life communicating attitude, judgement, thought and mutual sense is called communication. Communication is a very important part of a human life. Various communication models are being constructed in order to understand the communication process. Wide range of media should be used during this process. On the other side pharmacist, as well as his/her busy working tempo, should be communicating with a wide range of people. The most obvious group of people with whom a pharmacist communicates is patients. Thus, pharmacists should gain some communication skills in patient counselling.
