Abstract
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome is a group of genetically transmitted connective tissue disorders which are characterized by the synthesis and structure of the procollagen and collagen. The anesthetic management of patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome sustains a distinct importance for intraoperative and postoperative complications due to current deformities and clinical characteristics. In this report, we present our experience on a 15- year-old girl with mitral and aortic valve replacement, demonstrative heterogeneous type of clinical symptoms and discussed the remarkable points in company with the literature.
